MAIN ACCUSED SANJOY ALONG WITH EX PRINCIPAL AND FIVE OTHERS UNDERGO POLYGRAPH TEST

The main accused Sanjay Roy along with ex-principal Dr. Sandip Ghosh and five others are undergoing polygraph test for evidence of the R G Kar murder case. A team of polygraph scientists from Delhi’s Central Forensic Science Laboratory (CFSL) has arrived in Kolkata to conduct these tests. Apart from Roy and Ghosh, the other five accused include four on-duty PG 1st year doctors whose finger prints were found near the crime scene and a civic volunteer of the hospital.

The lie detection test of Sanjay Roy is being conducted in the prison where he is kept under CBI’s custody and the remaining six including former Principal Sujoy Ghosh are undergoing the test at Calcutta Agency office today. Sujoy arrived at the CBI’s office at CGO complex in Salt Lake today morning for the ninth consecutive day as reported by PTI.

The CBI asserted to Supreme Court that there was an attempt to cover up the murder case of the PG trainee where local police aided as the crime scene was found altered.
