The much awaited Donald Trump’s interview by Elon Musk was supposed to commence at the billionaire’s platform X at 5:30 a.m. (IST). However, the interview went through severe cyber attacks and technical issues even before started. Later on, it started 40 minutes late and 1.3 billion users of X joined the live session.  

Elon had a friendly conversation with the former American president where he raised question immigration, inflation, and also being a Republican presidential nominee.

Highlights of the interview:

Trump mentioned about the assassination attempt in Pennsylvania when Elon questioned on it; says, “I’m more of a believer now”.

The former President praised Elon Mask on his endorsement in 2024 US president elections.

On saying upon Biden Joe, Trump stated that he “failed miserably” against him in the presidential debate.

Trump slammed Kamala Harris saying, “the number of illegals Kamala has welcomed in our communities is much bigger than we think”. He also added later, "If she wins, this country will go out of business."

On illegal immigrants in US Trump said: “We have a defective government... We have millions of people coming in a month and then Kamala [Harris] gets up and tries to pretend she's gonna do something. She had three and a half years and they have another five months but they won't do anything,".

Discussing on Iran, Israel- Hamas war the former president mentioned that Israel would’ve never been attacked; he also said that Iran never messed around when he was president.

Talking about the US economy Donald Trump said: "The economy is a disaster with inflation... Four years ago, people were saving a lot of money. Today they're using all their money and borrowing money just to live,"

Saying about Kamala Harris who erased Trump’s lead in opinion polls within weeks after she replaced Joe Biden in the White house race, he said: “We don't have a president right now - and Kamala is even worse. She's a San Francisco liberal who destroyed that city, destroyed California, and will destroy our country if she's elected".
