2 MILLITARY SOLDIERS DEAD AND 3 INJURED IN ARMY-TERRORIST ENCOUNTER IN KASHMIR

2 soldiers died and 3 got injured in an encounter with the
terrorists in the Anantnag district of Jammu and Kashmir. According to sources,
a joint operation was launched that included Indian army, Jammu and Kashmir
police, and the Central Reserve Police Force.
The operation took place at the dense forest of Ahlan Gagarmandu
which is a remote area in Kokernag area. In the bullet encounter, five military
soldiers got severely injured, evacuated from the spot and were quickly taken
to the nearby hospital where two army officials died.
