Prime Minister Narendra Modi will flag off three new Vande Bharat Express trains on 31^st August, Saturday that will gear up the connectivities in the states like Uttar Pradesh, Tamil Nadu and Karnataka. These three trains will be added to more that 100 trains that are already in service transporting within 280 states.

PM Modi will flag off three Vanda Bharat Express trains: Chennai to Nagercoil, Madurai to Bengaluru Cantonment and Meerut City- Lucknow via video conference.

The Nagercoil-route train will locomote regularly from Chennai Egmore except Wednesdays. Madurai- Bengaluru Cantonment train will run six days in a week except Tuesdays. Meerut City- Lucknow Vande Bharat train will commence its regular service from Lucknow on Sunday and from Meerut from Monday onwards.
