KEJRIWAL'S BAIL NOT GRANTED:

Supreme Court of India denied immediate bail to Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal. "We're not granting any interim bail. We will issue notice", said judges. the bench of Judges issued notice to CBI upon the plea of Kejriwal against Delhi High Court. The case is rescheduled on 23rd August for hearing. 

SUPREME COURT TO HEAR KEJRIWAL'S BAIL PLEA TODAY:

The Supreme Court of India will hear the case of Aravind Kejriwal’s plea for the release from jail, challenging the denial of bail of Delhi HIGH court. He was under the investigation of Central Bureau of Investigation. Surya Kant and Ujjal Bhuyan will take over Kejriwal’s two petitions challenging the August 5 High Court’s decision of arrest and denial of bail. In the petitions of Monday, Kejriwal attacked Delhi High Court’s judgement of August 5 that stated his arrest was legal and justified based on CBI’s evidences.
